Board Schedule and Meetings

The Board meets on the second Wednesday (and possibly Thursday) of each month. The Agenda will be posted on the Friday before the meeting. The agenda is subject to change, however, so be sure to double check it immediately before the meeting. Board meetings are usually held at the NCBFS Office.

The NC Crematory Authority met remotely on December 29, 2022. Due to difficulties with the remote connection via Webex and other technology issues, the meeting was not completed. The meeting agenda consisted of a discussion centered on the administrative rules that govern cremations in North Carolina.
