License Renewal

WARNING: If Board staff has not received your completed license renewal application and fee by 5:00 p.m. on February 1, you will immediately be deemed to have forfeited and surrendered your license.

  • This means that you will not be authorized to conduct any funeral activity for which a license is required.
  • There will be no opportunity to reinstate your forfeited license absent a formal hearing before the Board.

Renewal Information

All licenses for funeral service, funeral directing and embalming expire on December 31st of each year. Additional thirty (30) days are allowed for completion of the renewal application.
